We use low glycemic index carbs like whole grain brown rice, wheat noodles and whole grain pastas. We don't use any white carbs or extra sugars in our food nor does the food does not contain any msg or corn starch.

The Protein

Chicken is not only high in protein but also has essential amino acids that help in muscle record as well as fat loss.

 

We use high quality tofu that is a good choice for vegetarian and vegans alike. Tofu is high in protein and lower in carbs and fats compared to dairy based foods.

The Fats

All our food is cooked in Olive Oil, which is low in saturated fats doing wonders for heart health.

​​​​​​The occasional nuts we use in our food and some curry  bases are high in Omega 3 fatty acids which lower bad cholesterol and are good for skin and hair.
